If you are reading this I know you are at least looking for information to inspire you to quit smoking. Well my Help To Quit Smoking blog here is geared to provide you with just that.
My husband and I have been smokers since we were in our teens. We would wake up and have to cough up all of that gross “lung jelly”, yes I heard that term and thought it was perfect! We couldn’t walk a mile without wheezing. I would lay in bed and wheeze, then cough to get rid of the wheeze but it wouldn’t go away! Finally, we’d had it!!! It was time to quit smoking and get back into shape.
We are walking 3 miles a day now (working up to 5). We actually hike mountains! I have lost weight (not gained as so many people do). My husband has taken on several hobbies and stopped watching so much TV. We don’t have stinky smoker breath or clothes anymore! There is also no more standing outside of buildings like outcasts to smoke our cigarettes! We have had two couples who are friends of ours quit smoking as well. In other words our life has changed so much for the better that I felt I needed to create Help To Quit Smoking so you or any smoking relatives or friends could gain inspiration to quit as well.
