Sometimes it's amazing what you find out about their motivations and reasons for change. Often, a reason search for a goal that may seem stupid can become very important to your unconscious. When performing outdoors, you may find you have more influence than I thought.
Be more aware of all the reasons to work on a specific objective strengthens and increases their motivation towards it. Not only that, the awareness helps break the resistance or blocks to increase their motivation as well.
It is also wise to remove any blockages or obstacles from the path of their motivation. A trap blocking the doubts or thoughts of failure can sabotage your motivation towards any goal.
When you look at your reasons and needs to achieve a goal, also scan for any veiled or groundwater that may have reasons for wanting to maintain their current behavior. Certainly it is better to acknowledge a barrier or a block and then go past. Be honest with yourself for honesty is also a motivating factor. To be honest with you about one reason for not really wanting to achieve a goal, to better understand and can set aside.
Some changes you may want to use self-hypnosis to eliminate are the habits or behaviors such as smoking or overeating. Often these behaviors are firmly embedded in their daily routines.
